is there a way to know if it is a Paddyfield or Richard's Pipit?

Interesting, hence the reason I asked for further images. My initial impression from the first shot was a Richards. It appears rather heavily built, upright, and perhaps long tailed. The lores, pale on Richards can look dark from certain angles, especially as photographed.

However, the final shot shows it is actually rather short-tailed and therefore a Paddyfield Pipit.
