Olympic 10x50 and Cascades 10x42 Roof Prism (1 Viewer)

I'm looking for a 9 to 10 power bino that is not too expensive - around $270 to $400.00. Need to be good for eye glass wearers like me.

Any opinions on the Olympic 10x50 and Cascades 10x42's?

I owned the 10x50 Olympics some time ago. They are probably one of the most compact and ergonomic of the 10x50 mid-low priced roofs....at least they were at the time. From what I remember the image was very bright with a reasonable sweet spot for that price range. Out of the two you listed I would opt for them.

I was looking at 10x50 porros tonight after work and stumbled across the Olympics. I was impressed. I compared them with Zeiss Conquest 10x40's. Not apples to apples, but I loved the ergonomics of the Olympics esp compared to the Conquests. Even if they'd been the same price, I'd have favored Olympics.
