It could be, but I think there are several individuals coming into the North Sea now (which is of course a great thing!)

Humpback whale id confirmation.
I have just seen Tam Reid's photo (attached) of the dorsal fin of the humpback whale currently being seen at St Cyrus. I can confirm that this animal is one of the humpback whales seen off of the Ythan estuary last year.
