BHG Ringed from yesterday

Hi guys,

Got some pics of a Ringed Black headed gull at my local park and was just wondering if i should report this information and i would also be curious for more information if possible.

Appears to have been ringed at a British colony, possibly Gloucestershire / Wiltshire. The ringer's e-mail is john.wells2@btinternet.com
