    I had heard these birds, and seen what I thought were eagles from a long distance, but I finally got a photo at one of my local parks. This looks like a 4 year old based on the smattering of white on its wings.

    If you study the tree on the right closely, you should be able to find the Bald Eagle that the Western Gulls had chased into hiding. He's just diving into the safety of the tree.
