Nest and chicks of Turtle dove (Streptopelia turtur)

A rare case in which I filmed a nest of Turtle dove (Streptopelia turtur) with lots of chicks, only because it has built it well in sight from the slit of an existing shed.

    European Turtle Dove

Turtle Dove becomes my regular visitor

This season, before almost every sunset a single or a pair of Doves visit us in order to drink water. So I have a lot of opportunities to practice in pure lighting conditions :-) Of course, flash is out of question.
