10x50 SV vs. 10x42NL (1 Viewer)

My wife currently has the 10x50SV that we use during the winter for duck and ocean bird watching.

I am curious if anyone has compared the new 10x42NL against the 10x50SV?

I think that the added FOV would be quite nice as well as the reduced size.

I was able to try out the 12x42NL at B&H today and was quite amazed at how bright they were. They didn’t have the 10x42NL available to try. Also it is very hard to get a real feel for a bino indoors.
