I have a few days spare around these dates. Could spend it at within am hour away ie Lancashire, Cheshire, West Yorkshire or could go elsewhere.

No easterly winds forecast so early for Spurn?

I would like to see Sooty, Balearic, Great Shearwater and Storm Petrels barring Leaches. Pomarine and Long Tailed Skua would be good. Never seen any of these yet. I'd not want to travel more than 4 hours away. I live in Lancashire.

The winds do not seem favourable yet for anything. Flamborough has recorded some of these species. That is an option and would be perfect if the conditions were right for Spurn!

You are better off doing a pelagic trip - think RSPB do them from East Yorkshire - there also used to be some from North Shields, near Tynemouth run by a local wildlife tour company.
I've not done either of these myself, just North Sea Pelagics with Billy Shiels boats from Seahouses - this is a specialist white-beaked dolphin trip and seabird sightings are purely incidental.
I'm assuming your 4 hour travel limit doesn't include flying to Scilly or SW Ireland, where you'd have a much better chance of picking up your target species.

Not really got long enough to go to those places sadly. Never crossed my mind to fly to Scilly.

Will have a look those pelagic trips. That Never crossed my mind. What are chances of seeing Sooty Balearic Shearwaters and Pom and Long Tailed Skua?

My other option was going to be trying some places in Notts Lincolnshire.

Phoned them but kept getting repeated message that this Sunday trip is cancelled due to adverse weather. Not sure when next one is

I finally made a plan for Attenborough Nature Reserve, Sherwood Forest Budby Common and maybe Wellbeck Raptor watch point

I am late to the thread, but you could consider for example Falsterbo (SW Sweden). This is very close to a period where I saw up to four Lesser Spotted Eagle per day several years ago, as well as other good birds.
