Hi,
Pic 1-2 (today in Beaune, Burgundy) surely show a Peregrine, although I'm surprised by the contrast between dark underwings and light belly. Might be the angle and light combination?
Possible to age and sex this individual ?

Pic 3-4 (same place) : Common Buzzard ? Had a doubt with that square tail...

Pic 5 (Taken in Savoie late July, alt. 1500m) : no clue. Maybe a juvenile Black or Common Redstart ?

Thanks
