A little bit of planning. (1 Viewer)

Sometimes my photos have an element of luck to them. At other times, I plan what I want to achieve in a particular photo.
This afternoon, I was getting frustrated with the starlings taking over the feeders and the perch, so I set up a bird table away to one side with loads of food on it in an effort to move them away from the perch.
It worked, but I then didn’t get any visitors to the other feeders or the perch.
Then I noticed that a Robin kept on landing on the table, after first landing on a nearby feeder support. I moved the bird table in front of my perch and also changed the background to one that complemented the colours of a robin.
Within five minutes, I had the shot I wanted.AFC5646C-F9EF-4537-993F-FD36EA7FFAF5.jpeg
