Unsure if this should be under scientific name or english common. In the end I've opted to enter here, as common names appear to be in a state of flux due to Dijkstraa's european field guide.

Hi HarassedDad

Thanks for adding that article.:t:

The portal for 'Other Wildlife' is not yet up and running, but I have added a Category for Dragonflies to your page, ready for when this happens.

I don't believe the current Editors have the expertise (could be wrong though;)) on insects and other animals to be able to decide on the format yet, but I should imagine the template will likely be similar to the one we have for the Birds portal.

There's nothing to stop you adding a picture to the article if you want;)

Naming of insects probably is a bigger problem than naming of birds. Still, I would prefer the name of the page to be a common name, with redirects from the scientific name and from any alternative common names. If most of this is an unknown language to you, don't worry too much, but feel free to ask about what you don't understand.

I also agree that the same template as used for birds probably can be applied without changes.
