Algarve Harrier (1 Viewer)

Taken near Sagres Portugal early this morning. Clearly a juvenile harrier. The four visible "fingers" and suggestion of a pale collar suggest Pallid. The second image has been lightened. Pallid's are quite rare down here so posting for correction/confirmation.

The face pattern doesn't look the same - the other has more white in the face by the looks

Subject to the photo being deemed good enough the black meeting the bottom mandible points to pallid and little white in the face...

Others will be more concise
