Another From Costa Rica. Pigeon or Dove? (2 Viewers)

This one was in a garden near the beach just outside Jaco, on the Pacific coast. Size of a small pigeon or a dove. I've combed the (not very comprehensive) field guide but just can't ID it. It's the blue eye-rings which throw me out. Could anyone help please?

Sorry if this is very rudimentary stuff -- we're very much at the learning stage.

In my humble opinion this is a White-winged Dove

It is indeed a White-winged Dove. The clearly visible white coverts are very handy for ID.
