Any GOOD avian vets in Egypt? (1 Viewer)

My friend (in Egypt) found a baby bird which someone left on a car windshield, she can't use her legs for some reason, keeps trying to fly but can't. She took her to two vets, but they don't seem to know much about birds, judging from information we've been receiving from bird owners over the net.

She is trying to take care of her, but feels overwhelmed with the situation, and very afraid the bird will die. Is there anywhere she could take the bird, someone who could actually help her?

Thanks for any help in advance,

Dominique
