Arctic Skua (Parasitic Jaeger) or Long-tailed Skua (1 Viewer)

Please may I have advice to confirm which species this bird is. I saw it on Scilly Pelagic, August 2023. I have it down as Arctic Skua (a lifer) but I just thought maybe the build is too slender for that species. Mind you, I have little or no experience of these species. Any tips would be much appreciated.
