This aims to regulate grouse shooting operations, and the gamekeepers involved, in an attempt to eliminate raptor persecution. This is NOT reducing or disappearing and action is desperately needed to avoid any further deliberate decimation such as has happened with the English breeding population of Hen Harriers. Please sign it if you agree and promote the cause to your friends and colleagues. Thank you.
 
I have signed this John. We have lost several red kites over the years, to carbofuran poisoning and/or shooting.
