Atlapetes blancae Donegan, 2007 OD here
The new species is dedicated to my beloved wife, Blanca Huertas, whose first name is formed as a first declension Latin feminine noun and declined in the genitive singular for the epiphet. Blanca's campanionship in the field and museum, as well as fund-raising, have contributed in no small part to the present work; this description also honours her contributions to Colombian lepidopterology, conservation and education.
...
The proposed name A. blancae coincidentally alludes to the new species' distinctive plumage character, its overall paler plumage compared to A. schistaceus. 'Blanca' is Spanish for 'white' in the feminine form, though this root is not the etymology of the name blancae.

The Key to Scientific Names
Dr Blanca Huertas (fl. 2009) Colombian lepidopterist, explorer, conservationist, Curator of Entomology, BM (‡Atlapetes).

In Registro de una pareja de la Tortola de Collar Streptopelia risoria en el departamento de Norte de Santander Colombia we can find her name as Blanca C. Huertas H. Of course it is her. Found a Ph. D. thesis of a Blanca Huertas Capilla (Caracterización del papel del dimorfismo y la respuesta humoral frente a Candida albicans en un modelo de colonización gastrointestinal) but this may another person.

It might be advisable for privacy reasons not to get her birth year.
