Bar Headed Geese (2 Viewers)

I saw 3 bar headed geese today at Marsworth Reservoir, Tring, Hertfordshire, England (see pictures attatched)
I didn't see anything with them that would suggest that they were escaped, but is it possible that they are wild?

Not really- especially a group of three. Hertfordshire gets quite the assortment of escaped waterfowl, you'll commonly see reports of wood ducks, black swans, (domestic) swan geese etc throughout the county. Bar-headed geese seem to be one of the more frequently occurring escaped waterfowl species.

There are feral populations of Bar headed Geese throughout the UK. They are even occasional breeding.
