Common Eider and Common Loon? The one is back looks like a Long-tailed Duck to me, but last time I checked they were waterfowl too.
 
I cant believe that no one has gotten this! Its so easy!!!!!! Since when are Common Loons or Horned Grebes all black with white patches on the sides!?!?! I'm tearing my hair out!!!!
 
Here's a guess of the top of my head:brains: Little ringed Plover?

Edit: That shows how much brains i got, Maybe a Semipalmated Plover?
