Bird call ID help, Toronto (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I recorded this while birding in a park near Lake Ontario in Toronto earlier this month. The Merlin app suggests this as a Fish Crow and the nasal sound sounded good to me for one. But the bird is uncommon here and I have not heard the species before. So would really appreciate a confirmation/correction.

Thanks
Ajay

I'm not sure what this is, having just listened to the recording now. It seems like the audio is a bit muffled/"tinny", but the call given does not sound like Fish Crow to me. Fish Crow almost always gives either single nasal "caws" with a pause in between, or a doubled "ca-caw". There is not typically the pitch variation that seems to be in this recording, either.
