Pantanal Bird Club
I just finished two birding tours totalizing 45 days. These tours covered most of Bahia, southern Ceara, northern Minas Gerais and Espirito Santo states. Despite that National Parks and some private Reserves are still close due to Covid-19 we manage to see ALL specialties from the area, including the mega endangered Cherry-throated tanager. I must say travelling was smooth and easy, most of small towns with protocols to prevent Covid-19 such as measuring our body temperatures before entering towns and filling forms from where we were coming and how long and where we will stay on the city, all hotels (even at small towns or along roads) taking special attention on sanitation, in buffet restaurants using plastic disposable gloves. Our vehicle driver was very keen on sanitation procedures and always using a mask too. If you are considering a birding holiday during this pandemia certainly Brazil must to be high in your list. Enjoy life.
