Black screen using iphone (2 Viewers)

When I don’t use an adapter and I put my iPhone X directly against the lens of the telescope the bird will show for about one second before the camera goes black. Does anyone have any idea why this happens and how it can be sorted?

Thank you in advance

Have you already found a cause of the error? Could it be related to the fact that the IPhone - however - switches to the second lens (and thus the lens with which you photograph through the eyepiece is switched off and you thus have a black screen)?
