This looks like a Warbler to my eye, nearest I can suggest is a Townsend x Hermit type?

Maybe a Tennessee Warbler.

I was thinking Tennessee as well with that short tail. The color is good for one, yellowish wing coverts, yellow below with a white vent and under tail coverts. Its not made easier by the bare patch on its face.
