Hello. I have 3 birds to ID. Can someone help me?

1. Northern Wheatear or Whinchat?
2. Greater Scaup or Tufted Duck? (The nail of its beak looks like a Greater Scaup, but it has a short tuft)
3. Sorry for the quality, but could it be an Osprey?

All photos taken today, by a lake in the canton of Zurich.

Here are the photos

Hello,
first is a Whinchat, spotted back is just guessable.
Second and third are Tufted Ducks, I think bill shape of the second is exagarrated by front view (anyway within variation for Tufted Duck).
The rapor is impossible for me, but I dont think its an Osprey: yellow bill and cream-coloured head is bad for this. But I was surprised by pictures recently and got help from Tom and others (thanks again).
I cant find anything wrong for an "default" Common Buzzard, but better wait for Tom and others.

Agree with all this. Suspect it would be unusual to see an osprey on the ground like this, but I don't think a certain id is possible from this image

4 makes me think of a Red-legged Partridge (or closely related species) for some reason. But could easily be a Common Buzzard or other raptor, probably unidentifiable just from this photo...
