chiffchaff - willow warbler uk (1 Viewer)

Hello,
Ive found this section very helpful in improving my id skills and there is always, not surprisingly, many who still need help in distinguishing between the chiffchaff and willow warbler, me included. Some people have mentioned primary projection, if the wings are visible, as a good method of identification. If possible can someone put up a side by side photo of the two species so that I can see exactly what is meant, as I feel this would be a good id skill to have in helping with these similar birds,
Thanks,
Anthony
