Common greenshank or bar-tailed godwit? Northern Sweden, May (1 Viewer)

Hi, what would this be (male and female, mating season)? Larger than a common sandpiper. Smaller than a mallard. Northern Sweden (East coast) in May, which is early spring here.

Common greenshank (Tringa nebularia) or MAYBE bar-tailed godwit would be my guesses.

Thanks!

Hello,
I agree with you both are Greenshanks. Please note:
  • legs have a clearly greenish-yellow tinge. Difficult to see/judge on these backlit pictures, but there
  • just small dots/notches on the tertials edges (and some coverts)= good/regular pattern for a Greenshank
  • Bar-tailed GW is a different shaped bird with shorter and stockier legs
