Yesterday Oriental Bird Images posted its 2600th species on the database with Rob Hutchinsons image of Buru Honeyeater (Lichmera deningeri.

Thanks go to the photographers who made this possible, and particularly Krys Kazmierczak for the many hours he puts in managing the site. Just another 200 species to go.
