Cooper's Hawk? (1 Viewer)

I see a lot of red-tailed hawks high up, and maybe some Cooper's hawks as well, but I've never seen one at ground level.

I disturbed this one's lunch the other day, a small bird like a sparrow or wren by the looks of it.

Is this a Cooper's Hawk?PXL_20230916_144945693_3.jpgPXL_20230916_144949406_3.jpgPXL_20230916_144948424_3.jpg
