Cormorant – Oregon Coast near Heceta Head (1 Viewer)

Taken April 29 several years ago. Photos are poor quality, but not seeing an obvious orange on the face makes me think it's not a double-crested. (Since it was several years ago, I don't remember any details I would have seen through my binoculars.)
