Costa Rica / Hawk ID help (1 Viewer)

Well-known member
Hi,

a good friend of mine is currently in Costa Rica and she has seen this one some days ago.
She suggests that it is a "Roadside Hawk", but isn´t a 100% sure and I´ve no clue about the species over there, so

any help is highly appreciated

Location: Costa Rica, Golfo Dulce Region close to Piedras Blancas NP.
Habitat: secondary forest (close to some gardens)

The overall greyness is putting me more in mind of a Roadside Hawk, but really hard to be sure either way. Don't suppose there are any other pics?
