Costa Rica ID's/Confirmations - 11/02 (1 Viewer)

Second day in Costa Rica and a few I'm unsure of. Would appreciate some help with the ID's for these 4, though don't hold back from saying if the photos are too poor for an ID! All taken at La Paz Waterfall Gardens.

1/2 - awful tree-top views, maybe Slaty Antwren?
3 - unsure of this Woodcreeper-type species, unfortunately I couldn't get an underside view.
4/5 - got myself all confused with nightingale-thrushes! 4 seems to have a dark iris with orange eye-ring = Black-headed? 5 seems to have a pale iris (but large dark pupil) = slaty-backed? Wouldn't surprise me if they are both the latter species though.

1/2 Probably slaty antwren (short tail).
3 wedge-billed woodcreeper
4/5 despite appearances, I think they must both be slaty-backed. They have slaty backs but Macauley images show the back can appear more or less greyish depending on light. In those pictures there's always a clearly demarcated black cap which I don't see here. The back usually appears olive.

Great thanks! I think with the nightingale-thrushes I was just focussing too much on one feature, when the overall appearance of both was in favour of slaty-backed
