I'm wading through Garrigues and Dean, preparing my own quick reference site guide and have so far noted the following splits or name changes from the field guide.

Blue-throated Toucanet from Emerald Toucanet
Blue-diademed Motmot from Blue-crowned which has produced several splits.
Mangrove Warbler from Yellow Warbler
Plain Wren is split in to Canebreak Wren, Isthmian Wren and Cabanis's Wren
Cabanis's Ground Sparrow from Prevost's
Green Violetear split and becomes Lesser Violetear
Magnificent Hummingbird race spectabilis becomes Admirable Hummingbird
Paltry Tyrannulet race parvus becomes Mistletoe Tyrannulet.
Crimson-fronted Parakeet is re-named Finch's Parakeet
Three-striped Warbler split, Basileuterus melanotis becomes Black-eared Warbler
Immaculate Antbird re-named Zeledon's Antbird
Chestnut-mandibled Toucan not recognised, retained under Yellow-throated Toucan
Orange-bellied Trogon not recognised, retained under Collared Trogon

I'll ammend if I find more.
