Eagle Optics has the Vanguard Endeavor 8x42 on sale for $220 right now. I've recently been comparing it directly against the Terra, and I think I might actually prefer it against the Zeiss (which surprised me).

The vanguard and the larger diamondback are good deals, afraid the eye relief of 12 would be unusable for me on the smaller one
