I saw this Lark at Lagoa Dos Salgados in the Algarve last week and I think it is a Crested lark. Comments welcome

Hello,

agree with Harry. Surely a leucistic Crested/Thekla(?) Lark.

The white parts on the head seems like real=true white aberrant coloured parts, and no bleached/stained ones to me. And no pollen or else to me (do you remember yellow pollen on Lesser Whitethroats, for example as a mistery bird in British Birds?).

Interesting bird! Tfs!
