Hi. By the white throat/chin, and the bill length, looks like a Crested, a Thekla lark's bill would be shorter. The crest is very white/cream though, can't quite work that out!?!

agree with Harry. Surely a leucistic Crested/Thekla(?) Lark.
The white parts on the head seems like real=true white aberrant coloured parts, and no bleached/stained ones to me. And no pollen or else to me (do you remember yellow pollen on Lesser Whitethroats, for example as a mistery bird in British Birds?).
