Ematurga atomaria is a possibility, or something similar in Europe. Where are the Picos de Europa?

thanks for that...the picos is in nothern spain, about 80 miles south west of Santander...does that help refine the Spp further??

I think this is a female Eurranthis plummistaria. Shame it's not a male - fabulous plumose antennae.
