Diseased Great Tit - advice please (1 Viewer)

Shocked to see this sorry Great Tit in my garden near some of my bird feeders. Is it possible to tell what the disease is from the pictures? And either way what should I do now? Remove all feeders? Deep clean the feeders? Treat it as an isolated occurrence and carry on as usual?

Just to add I am in Worcestershire, UK.

Any help much appreciated.
Thanks.
