I agree with BH, it doesnt look like any european bird to me (guessing that from your location, UK)

Did you take the picture in the UK? Place and date of the siting would be really helpful in trying to nail the identification.

It's an Orange headed thrush, presumably captive/escape or otherwise photo taken in Asia?

Presumably G. c. cyanota, but no doubt those with more experience with the species will confirm that!

Orange headed is quite common in captivity (sadly).

None have grey flanks, and all have median cover wingbars
