Does anyone recognize what bird makes this sound? (2 Viewers)

I have an app called birdnet and you can record a bird call and it will i.d what kind it is for you but once in awhile it's not accurate. The app said it might be a tufted titmouse but I have those in my yard every day for the past year

and never have heard them make that sound.

Any chance you think it could be a peregrine falcon? I had one of those in my yard a few days prior to catching this bird call. I went on yotube and listened to the sounds of the types of bird or prey we have here and that was the closest match
