Hello,
they look Teals to me. Please note
  • yellow patch at the bill-base, like a grinning patch
  • white stripe under the tail
  • the right head-bil shape for a Teal
the second and third picture sems to show an unusual hold of the wing. An poor bird with damaged wing? Or even Two birds?
