Eurasian hobby juvenile? (Romania) (1 Viewer)

Hello.

I've seen this bird today near Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Is it an Eurasian hobby? Maybe a juvenile which lacks the red trousers yet?

Buff vent, and you can just about see the unbarred central tail feathers on the upperside. Light tipped coverts also shown. All good for Juv Hobby.
