I found these feathers out walking in Cambridgeshire.
Does anyone know what bird they are from? Thinking buzzard or Red Kite?

I am not sure of Buteo buteo... I am leaning towards Northern Goshawk, but not 100% sure.

I just found this in the backyard. I live in a semi-rural part of Los Angeles, in the mountains. Worried about the little dog. The feather measures about 35 centimeters. I appreciate the help!
