Tracey, I believe the underparts are too pale for samamisicus, however Eastern Common Redstart does seem more likely.
For there to be such behavioural differences which in themselves are often used as supporting evidence to an ID.
The recent occurrence and ID of Western Olivaceous in Shetland using “behaviour” as a differential to Eastern Olivaceous, ie less shy and bolder than the latter….perhaps food for thought? 😮👍
