Flycatcher and Raptor. NE Thailand (1 Viewer)

Could be flycatcher but unsure. Series of 'tac' notes heard. Seen cocking and fanning tail often. Only these belly shots.

Habitat: Secondary growth fringing a large reservoir. Lower NE Thailand.
Elev: approx 200 meters.

Raptor is from similar habitat.
