Flycatcher IDs, Delaware and Florida, USA (1 Viewer)

The first photograph was taken in February in Everglades National Park, Florida, USA. The second photograph was taken in October in Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge in Delaware, USA.

These are old photogrphs that, at the time, I identified as Eastern Poebes. Now looking at them, they are so different I am not sure. Is this just the difference in the time of year?

In the second photograph the tail tip is not dark. It is the shadow of the branch the bird is sitting on (I have several other photographs that show this).

Any help?

Both Eastern Phoebes. The difference in appearance is mostly "photographic" I should think (exposure, lighting).
