Found this empid along Cub Lake trail, where both Dusky and Hammond's are said to be possible. It did call, but the call it gave was a type that is similar between the two species, and I don't have enough experience with them to clinch the ID. The third pic is probably the same individual, but it flew in from behind shortly after we'd passed the first so I can't be 100% sure.

The evenly round eyering, moderate pp extension, long tail, and mostly dark bill have me thinking Dusky Flycatcher. Hammond's often has a more tear-dropped shaped eyering, a bit longer pp extension, shorter tail and bigger headed look, and smaller bill with more pale at the base of the mandible

I think dusky is ok.

But I consistently reverse the ID traits with Dammond's and husky so I never trust myself.
