I am wading through the many butterfly photos I took in Ghana in January 2013. We had a knowledgeable guide with us, but at times the leps were appearing with great speed, and field note-taking sometimes suffered. As well, at times I misheard the names that were called out.
I have attached three images, comprising two individuals. The first two shots are the underwing and upperwing of a butterfly that was tentatively ID'd as a Abadima Acraea (Acraea pseudegina), but I have my doubts. The third image is an underwing of a lep ID'd as a "Common Ciliate" but, once again, I am uncertain.
Any assistance is most welcome.
