Glow in the Dark Paint for Wind Turbines.? (1 Viewer)

I have an idea for painting wind turbine blades so that they scare birds away. Use some Glow in the dark paint, with some ultra violet stuff thrown in to put a spiral pattern on the spinning blades. Like on toy tops, just bigger. Is there an industry person, or someone who would know how to test this idea out? If it even halfway works, it would be a win-win for everyone involved, and paint is cheap.
