Hello! Can someone help me ID these birds please?

1. 2. It's larger than Black tailed gulls. Is it a Slaty-backed?
3. I think the bigger ones are Red-necked stints, but I can't ID the smallest, second from right. A juvenile RNS?

I saw them last week on the beach in Niigata prefecture, Japan.

Thanks!

The closest in the third picture might be Semipalmated Sandpiper.
I see these together with sanderlings a lot nowadays in NJ (as well as Semipalmated Plovers, NOT in pictures of this post)
