I have been wanting to join a bird forum for ages and found you to-day thanks to the bbc.
I am a great bird lover, I have been a member of the rspb for a few years and also have pet budgies and a rosella.

Just so you know, BirdForum is about wild birds only. While several of our members may have pet birds, discussion of them isn't allowed in the forum. But we'd love to hear about any wild birds you see in your garden or when you go birding in the field. :t:

Don't worry re pet birds, I was just posting a bit about myself although I did raise a baby magpie and he was my pet for 2 months.
