I was just wondering if any one could help me name this bird i saw today at Elvaston Castle

1 : slightly bigger than a Mallard
2 ; black head
3 ;white neck and breast
4 ; grey and white flecked wings ( looked like herron bone patten )
5 ; yellow rump
6 ; black tail


some one said it was a Pintail ?????????? im not so sure

1; bit smaller than a mallard
2 ; all black head body and wings
3 ; white neck just on the front

Hard to say Leigh but both sound like some sort of domestic mallard which come in many forms.
